Evaluation of stem aqueous extract and synthesized silver nanoparticles using Cissus quadrangularis against Hippobosca maculata and Rhipicephalus (Boophilus) microplus

► Synthesis of Ag NPs using stem aqueous extract of Cissus quadrangularis. ► It was characterized by UV, XRD, FTIR and FESEM analysis and found to be 42.46 nm. ► FTIR spectra showed the peaks at 3393, 1606, 1375, 1147, and 1033 cm−1 were observed. ► FESEM image of Ag NPs showed spherical and oval in shape. ► Efficacies of Ag NPs were tested against Hippobosca maculata and Rhipicephalus (Boophilus) microplus.
