Responses of native broadleaved woody species to elevated ozone in subtropical China

► The O3 sensitivity of subtropical broadleaved tree species was investigated. ► Most evergreen broadleaf species were tolerant to O3 relative to deciduous species. ► Different response among all eight species was related with specific leaf mass. ► Some subtropical tree species might be threatened with the rising of O3 concentration.
