Simulation of adsorption, diffusion, and permeability of water and ethanol in NaA zeolite membranes

► Competitive adsorption occured when water/ethanol mixture adsorbed in NaA zeolite. ► Molecule diffusion in zeolite channels is affected more strongly by temperature. ► Pure component permeability through membranes was predicted by a permeation model. ► Increased diffusivity with temperature makes a main contribution to the flux improvement.
