Sacha inchi (Plukenetia volubilis L.) oil for one pot synthesis of silver nanocatalyst: An ecofriendly approach

- We report first phytosynthesis of distorted cube/square silver nanoparticles using Sacha inchi (Plukenetia volubilis L.) oil.
- TEM-DLS analysis confirmed the particle size is ∼60 nm.
- Sacha inchi (Plukenetia volubilis L.) oil acts as good reducing and capping agent.
- Silver nanoparticles utilized as photocatalyst for the degradation of methylene blue (MB).
