Chemical composition and biological effects of essential oils from Artemisia absinthium L. cultivated under different environmental conditions

- Different essential oils have been obtained from cultivated Spanish Artemisia absinthium
- (Z)-2,6-Dimethyl-5,7-octadien-2,3-diol has been isolated from A. absinthium
- These oils were antifeedants and/or antifungal. All were antiparasitic.
