چکیده انگلیسی
⺠We describe novel empirical observational research on HACCP team decision-making. ⺠HACCP team knowledge is compared with individual team member knowledge of HACCP. ⺠HACCP team knowledge is not necessarily better than that of individual team members. ⺠Our findings highlight potential weaknesses in the operations of HACCP teams. ⺠We provide recommendations on appropriate balance within HACCP team membership.
