Eigenvalue estimates for the stability operator of CMC compact surfaces in three-dimensional warped products

This article concerns the search of estimates for the first eigenvalue of the stability operator for compact orientable constant mean curvature surfaces immersed into certain three-dimensional warped products. As an application, we derive some consequences for those surfaces that are strongly stable.
