Spatial, temporal and geochemical evolution of Oligo-Miocene granitoid magmatism in western Anatolia, Turkey

► Zircon U-Pb dating of the W. Anatolian granitoids yields ages between 19 and 24 Ma. ► The isotopic compositions and cooling age relationships indicate an increasing crustal signature from 24 to 19 Ma. ► This time interval coincides with crustal exhumation and extension in western Anatolia.
