Effect of low hydrogen to palladium molar ratios in the direct synthesis of H2O2 in water in a trickle bed reactor

- Modifying the catalyst concentration along the bed changes the selectivity considerably.
- Low hydrogen concentration at the inlet are not recommended (use 4 mol% LFL).
- High pressures increase the yield by increasing hydrogen partial pressure and kinetics.
