Photo-electrochemical properties of ZnO and TiO2 layers in ionic liquid environment

- TiO2 and ZnO films were prepared by using templating principles.
- Photoinduced characteristics were studied in ionic liquids (ILs) as electrolytes.
- The coating part was arranged as piezoelectric ink-jet printing.
- By increasing the chain-length of ILs the spatial arrangement becomes important.
- There are correlations of the generated photocurrent with fluidity of ILs.
