Development of a structure analysis algorithm on structures from CuCl2⋠2H2O crystallization with agricultural products

► An algorithm is developed to characterize additive-specific crystallization structures. ► The structures are quantified by computing 15 width, and length parameters. ► Output generates a non-arbitrary zero point and an equidistant scale permitting all statistical measures. ► The monotonic dependency between the morphology and influencing parameters is shown.
