Synthesis of cationic chitosan hydrogel and its controlled glucose-responsive drug release behavior

A novel glucose-sensitive controlled drug release system based on cationic chitosan hydrogel with different DS was prepared. Its pH and glucose-sensitive behavior and release mechanism were discussed.
