Investigation of laminar flame speeds of typical syngas using laser based Bunsen method and kinetic simulation

► Laminar flame speeds of typical syngas were measured by PLIF Bunsen flame. ► Kinetic simulations were validated using CHEMKIN with two mechanisms: GRI-Mech 3.0 and USC-Mech II. ► The laminar flame speed linearly increased with the increase of H2 content.
