چکیده انگلیسی
► Mixing enthalpies of HMBA and NMF with amino acids in aqueous sucrose solutions were determined. ► Enthalpic interaction coefficients (hxy) were calculated based on mixing enthalpy. ► Concentration effect of sucrose on change trend of (hxy) was obtained. ► The hxy values for (HMBA + amino acid) systems are more negative than that for (NMF + amino acid) systems. ► Change in hxy value has been discussed according to several weak interactions.
