Black phosphorus quantum dots doped ZnO nanoparticles as efficient electrode materials for sensitive hydrogen peroxide detection

Black phosphorus quantum dots doped ZnO nanoparticles (BPQDs@ZnO) were synthesized. The doping of BPQDs could significantly change the shape of ZnO nanoparticles. The positive synergetic effects were obtained on the electrochemical oxidation of H2O2 which could be sensitively detected.121
