Is the poly (methylene blue)-modified glassy carbon electrode an adequate electrode for the simple detection of thiols and amino acid-based molecules?

► Poly (methylene blue)-modified glassy carbon electrodes were used for the simple detection of amino acid-based molecules. ► The modified electrodes show an interesting electrochemical behavior. ► We report a further insight about the interaction between poly (methylene blue) and amino acid-based molecules.
