The non-linear fitting method to study the semiconductor properties of passive films of INCONEL alloy G3

► We study structure and semiconducting behavior of passive film formed on alloy G3. ► The structure is oxides inner layer and hydroxides outer layer. ► The outer layer is p-type semiconductor, while inner layer n-type. ► The measured M-S plots were non-linear fitted. ► Both the inner and outer layers of the passive film are compact.
