Supercritical carbon dioxide extraction of brewer's spent grain

- A supercritical fluid extraction process for brewers' spent grain is proposed.
- The effects of temperature, pressure and ethanol concentration were studied.
- 40 °C, 35 MPa and 60% of ethanol appeared to be the best conditions.
