- Adsorption kinetics of organic compounds on activated carbon in supercritical carbon dioxide was studied.
- The measured breakthrough curves could be well correlated with a kinetic model.
- The determined diffusion coefficients were strongly dependent on temperatures and pressures conditions.
- Predictive possibility of the diffusion coefficients was suggested by using the proposed model.
