Fractionation of Mangifera indica Linn polyphenols by reverse phase supercritical fluid chromatography (RP-SFC) at pilot plant scale

- The supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC) at pilot plant was realized.
- The separation of four polyphenols in SFC was optimized.
- The concentration of a natural extract in antioxidant was increased five times using SFC.
