Temperature dependence of thermal conductance between aluminum and water
چکیده انگلیسی

We present a method to obtain temperature dependence of thermal conductance between aluminum and water. The temperature dependence of thermal boundary conductance (TBC) including phonon–phonon interactions and electron–phonon interactions is predicted. The contribution from phonon–phonon interactions is calculated by molecular dynamics (MD) simulation. With time-domain thermo-reflectance experiments, the thermal conductance of electron–phonon interactions is extracted. The temperature dependence of total thermal conductance is calculated by combining the thermal conductance contributed by phonon–phonon interactions and electron–phonon interactions. Thermal boundary conductance increases as temperature increases from 273 K to 373 K.
