Correlation of solid solubilities of pharmaceutical compounds in supercritical carbon dioxide with solution model approach

► A solution model is adopted for correlating the solubilities of pharmaceutical compound in supercritical carbon dioxide. ► Model simplification and generalization are tried for solubility prediction. ► The generalized model is able to predict the solubilities within an order of magnitude.
