Clinicians satisfaction with CPOE ease of use and effect on clinicians' workflow, efficiency and medication safety

► We evaluate user satisfaction with a computerized physician order entry (CPOE). ► We examine the relation between user satisfaction and usability problems of CPOE. ► CPOE users are satisfied with the system although they requested some improvements. ► High satisfaction is not necessarily related to a high efficiency and effectiveness.
