H2H2 optimal control for generalized discrete-time systems

For a generalized discrete-time system, whose transfer function matrix may be improper or polynomial, we give realization based formulas for the H2H2 optimal output feedback controller. The formulas bear essentially the same elegant simplicity of the proper case.
