The influence of novel gemini surfactants containing cycloalkyl side-chains on the structural phases of DNA in solution

- Formation of stable lipoplexes based on gemini surfactants and different forms of DNA was studied.
- Structural changes upon the lipoplexes formation were also observed.
- For lipoplex of high MW DNA, the formation of the ψ phase was confirmed.
