Electrospun poly(l-lactic acid-co-ɛ-caprolactone) fibers loaded with heparin and vascular endothelial growth factor to improve blood compatibility and endothelial progenitor cell proliferation

- We encapsulate heparin and VEGF into P(LLA-CL) fibers via emulsion electrospinning.
- Fiber morphology, structure and hydrophilicity are analyzed by SEM, TEM and WCA.
- Blood compatibility is measured by hemolysis and anticoagulation testing.
- The promotion of EPCs growth is evaluated by CCK-8 assay, IF staining and SEM.
