Surface modification of HSA containing magnetic PLGA nanoparticles by poloxamer to decrease plasma protein adsorption

- Surface of model drug HSA and magnetite loaded PLGA NPs were modified by poloxamer.
- Treated PLGA NPs adsorb 50% less protein on their surface.
- BSA adsorption on control and coated NPs are entropy, enthalpy driven, respectively.
