- A perforated mandrel is used during air-impedance electrospinning process.
- Scaffold with less compacted fibers is produced by air-impedance electrospinning.
- Air-impedance scaffold possesses larger pore size and higher fiber alignment.
- Cell infiltration is pronounced on air-impedance electrospun scaffold.
- A polymer P(LLA-CL) and silk fibroin were used as materials.
