Strategy to provide a useful solution to effective delivery of dihydroartemisinin: Development, characterization and in vitro studies of liposomal formulations

- Two innovative liposomal formulations for dihydroartemisinin delivery were developed.
- Both formulations were stable under storage condition and in presence of albumin.
- Cellular uptake efficiency was determined by flow cytometry.
- Both formulations showed characteristics as drug carrier for parental administration.
