Development of bifurcation microchannel to uniformly distribute a liquid plug

- A Y-bifurcation microchannel achieves uniform distribution and less volume loss of a liquid plug.
- We used numerical simulation to help design this Y-bifurcation geometry.
- Fifty experiments were conducted to prove the usefulness of this Y-bifurcation microchannel.
