Enhanced anoxic bioremediation of PAHs-contaminated sediment

► This study focused on biodegradation of mixed PAHs instead of a single PAH. ► Biodegradation of mixed-PAHs was conducted under various anoxic conditions. ► Biodegradation kinetics of 16 PAHs of different rings is studied for the first time. ► The obtained degradation rate constants provide good reference for remediation.
