Thermogravimetric analyses of combustion of lignocellulosic materials in N2/O2 and CO2/O2 atmospheres

► Understanding the combustion of lignocellulosic materials in CO2/O2 atmosphere is novel. ► The comparison of combustion between different lignocellulosic materials was investigated. ► Overall, TG curve and DTG curve in 70CO2/30O2 atmosphere were similar to those in artificial air. ► Influence of atmosphere were similar for different lignocellulosic materials.
