- Injection molding simulation and optimization of poly lactic acid based bone screws.
- CCD used to determine the effects of process factors on PLA based bone screws.
- FE analysis showed that nanocomposite screw is more resistant against the high loads.
- The interaction effect of the process studied using the response surfaces curves.
- Nanocomposite is the best candidate for the production of biomedical screw.
