G-quadruplex DNA aptamers for zeatin recognizing

► Aptamers against trans-zeatin were generated and optimized. ► Aptamers show strong affinity to trans-zeatin and weak affinity to cis-zeatin and dihydrozeatin. ► Aptasensor based on graphene oxide (GO) was developed for zeatin sensing. ► Aptasensor do not response to adenine (zeatin analog) abundantly existing in plants.
