Team-level flexibility, work-home spillover, and health behavior

► ROWE flexibility intervention improved employee health behaviors over six months. ► ROWE reduced smoking, increased adequate time for sleep and for healthy meals. ► ROWE reduced negative work-to-home spillover at both employee- and team-levels. ► Changes in negative work-to-home spillover mediated ROWE effects. ► Subgroup effects: singles exercise more; low overall spillover group smoke less.
