Partial entropy creation of a two-level atom with intrinsic decoherence

► Exact solution of Milburn equation for a two-level atom interacting with quantized field in the presence of Stark shift is obtained. ► The influences of intrinsic decoherence and Stark shift on partial entropy and entanglement is studied. ► The effect of the main photon number in the entanglement is also studied.
