Study of fully developed wind wave spectrum by application of quantum statistics

► We study the wind wave spectrum using a particle picture. ► There is a maximum particle number in a quantum state for wind waves. ► We prove the similarity law and spectral form in the high frequency range. ► The spectrum is saturated when particle number reaches the upper limit. ► We explain frequency downshifting in a particle picture.
