Influence of heat transfer on peristaltic transport of a Johnson–Segalman fluid in an inclined asymmetric channel
چکیده انگلیسی

In the present study, we have analyzed the interaction of peristalsis with heat transfer for a Johnson–Segalman fluid in an inclined asymmetric channel under the supposition of long wave length. A regular perturbation method is used to obtain the analytical solutions for the stream functions and temperature fields. The expressions for the pressure rise, frictional force, and the relation between the flow rate and pressure gradient are obtained. The results are plotted and analyzed for different values of channel width d  , Weissenberg WeWe, wave amplitude a, b  , Froud number FrFr, amplitude ratio ϕ  , inclination angle sinαsinα, Eckert number EcEc and Prandtl number PrPr.
