چکیده انگلیسی
► A large and diverse wheat material was analysed for dietary fibre components in detail, including fructan. ► Total dietary fibre content was 12.4-15.8%, and fructan content was 0.8-1.9%. ► Multivariate analysis (PCA) showed correlations between dietary fibre components and other bioactive components.
