Flavonoids from the capitula of Eriocaulon australe

► Four new (1-4) and 10 known flavonoids were isolated. ► Their structures were identified by spectroscopic data. ► Cytotoxicity was evaluated against A549, MCF-7, and HeLa cell lines. ► Compounds 1, 2, 7, 9, 12, and 14 showed cytotoxicity.
