Purification and identification of lipolysis-stimulating peptides derived from enzymatic hydrolysis of soy protein

► Three novel peptides ILL, LLL and VHVV with lipolysis-stimulating activity were successfully purified and identified. ► All these peptides showed a notable lipolysis-stimulating activity in 3T3-L1 adipocytes. ► Simulated gastrointestinal digestion did not affect the lipolysis-stimulating activity of these peptides.
