Application of attenuated total reflectance Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy for determination of cefixime in oral pharmaceutical formulations

- A method has been developed for the determination of cefixime using ATR-FTIR employing PLS.
- These frequencies 1179-890 cm−1 were selected to draw calibration model.
- HPLC and PLS are also employed for authentication of developed method.
