Bio-imaging and cancer targeting with glycoproteins and N-glycans

► We developed azaelectrocyclization-based labeling of proteins and peptides. ► PET-imaging of glycoproteins visualized the circulatory residence of the proteins. ► PET and fluorescence imaging of N-glycan dendrimers revealed their dynamics. ► The imaging of the fluorescence-labeled lymphocytes visualized the trafficking. ► The lymphocytes engineered by an N-glycan targeted the DLD-1 human colon carcinoma.
