Enhanced photovoltaic performance in inverted polymer solar cells using Li ion doped ZnO cathode buffer layer

In this paper, the photovoltaic performance of the inverted polymer solar cell was significantly improved by using Li ion doped ZnO as cathode buffer layer.228
