Effect of Co-Ni ratio on the activity and stability of Co-Ni bimetallic aerogel catalyst for methane Oxy-CO2 reforming

► Co-Ni bimetallic aerogel catalysts with various Co/Ni ratios were synthesized. ► Their catalytic performances (in terms of activity and stability) were found to be varying with the change of the Co/Ni ratio. ► This could be attributed to the combined effect of the kinetics, the geometric and the SMSI effects.
