Anode microstructural change upon long-term operation for the cathode-supported tubular-type SOFC

► The microstructural change of Ni-10Sc1CeSZ anode was quantitatively evaluated. ► Ni particles were diminished near the anode/electrolyte interface. ► The diminishment of TPBs located in the vicinity of interface was confirmed.
