Two multinuclear GdIII macrocyclic complexes as contrast agents with high relaxivity and stability using rigid linkers

(Gd-DO3A)3-TAB possessed higher water proton relaxivity, high thermodynamic and kinetic stability, and low toxicity, which facilitate the further development of clinical applicable multinuclear MR contrast agents.
