Syntheses, structures and physical properties of two zinc(II) coordination polymers with 1,3,5-tris(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)-2,4,6-trimethylbenzene and 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylate

Two coordination polymers with different topology have been synthesized. The results revealed that the coordinated ligands play crucial roles in the formation of the resultant complexes.
