PdII and PtII complexes with a thio-aza macrocycle ligand containing an intercalating fragment: Structural and antitumor activity studies

Two cisplatin like PtII and PdII complexes were obtained using a thio-aza macrocycle containing a DNA intercalator. Their solution and solid state structure were investigated together with their anticancer activity; the latter due to DNA structural alterations.356
