Organogold(I)-uracil conjugates: Synthesis and structural characterization

Conjugates consisting of organogold(I) complexes and uracil as a nucleobase were synthesized. The single-crystal X-ray structure determination demonstrated the formation of assembling structures through hydrogen bonds of the uracil moieties, in which Au(I)-Au(I) interaction was observed in the case of phenyl isocyanide ligand.231
